He is survived by: his daughter Colleen Frances Rutledge (Dustin Rutledge) of Salem; his grandchildren, Claire, Tyler (Alex) and Derek (Alex Rutledge); his great grandchildren, Emmitt and Iris Rutledge; his sister Michelle Jarels of Roanoke; his nieces, Amanda Collier and Sheree Thompson; his close friend Rocky West; his friend Larry Clements; Marsha, Troy (Mary Landis), Kaylan Batey, Morgan Batey, Donald, Krystal, Kyndall and Autumn Eckles. He is also survived by his family and friends and was a doting father and grandfather.
