She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Thomas Elliott and Herman R. Elliott; and her husband Charles "Eddie" Horne. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Horne; her siblings, Norris Elliot and Anita Bryant; and her grandchildren, D. J. Gearhart and Jordan Gearhart. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
