The passing of Madeline Betty Richardson of Salem, Virginia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 19, 2025 at the age of 96. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Oyler and Annie Laura Robertson Oyler; and her husband Wilson Price Richardson. She is survived by: her son Oakley "Price" Richardson; her daughter-in-law Diane Garnett Richardson; her friends, Barbara Garnett and Harry Norris; her grandchildren, Brent (Vickie), Kevin (Melissa) and Angela (Brian Kosko); her great grandchildren, Samantha (Josiah Cook), Cody McGlothlin, Kaitlyn, Nathan, Madelyn, Mackenzie Richardson and Alyssa Kosko; and her great great grandchild Ezekiel Cook.
She also served at Fort Lewis Elementary and was a regular Sunday School attendee until the onset of COVID-19.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Fort Lewis Christian Church building fund.
