She was predeceased by: her parents, James Houston and Arlie Jane Poff Epperly; her husband James Richard "Dickie" Walthall; her sons, Richard Wayne Walthall and Thomas Glenn Walthall; her grandson Clay Walthall; and her siblings, Helen Amos, Marie Lawson, Carnell Epperly, Teddy Epperly, Frankie Epperly and Tony Epperly.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Walthall (Teresa) and Mike Walthall. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
