He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lewis and Josie Lewis; and his sister Patricia Lewis. He is survived by: his son Anthony "Tony" Lewis (Heidi); his granddaughter Hannah Lewis; his daughter Christian "Chrissy" Wiatrowski (John); his grandson Ethan Wiatrowski; and his siblings, Sylvia Lewis, Diane Lewis, Barbara Lewis, Laura Lewis, Daniel Lewis, Kurt Lewis and John Lewis.
