She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Dawn Shonkwiler (Don Shonkwiler); her grandson Kai Shonkwiler; her close friend Diane Holdridge; her caregivers, Maddie Brown and Nikki Blue; and her daughter Kristy Hull.
