She is survived by: her siblings, Carol, Jesse, Mike, Bill, Roger and Cary Rutledge; her children, Debra Shelor Barbour (Rodney) of Salem, VA and Richard "Alan" Shelor (Jean) of Roanoke, VA; her children-in-law, Cindy Davis Shelor of Salem, VA and Robert Felton of Moravian Falls, NC.; her granddaughter Jessica Barbour Huff (Chris); her great grandchildren, Caroline, Olivia, Laura Flanagan (Gary), Jonathan Shelor (Katie), Drew Barbour (Kristen), Quintin Felton (Jennifer), Ryan Shelor, Susan Felton (Kenton Landram), Charles Alan Felton (Stephanie McCann), Zachary Shelor, Hannah and Ella Shelor; Spencer, Kylan, Kenzie, Cole, Blake, Tate, Nash, Nellie, Destiny, Christian, Grace, Jordan, Abigail, Elijah, Brielle, Noah and Isaiah.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakey's North Chapel (6732 Peters Crk Rd NW, Roanoke, VA 24019). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Good Samaritan Hospice.
