She was predeceased by: her husbands, Paul Eugene Stultz and Archie Layne Collins; her parents, Robert Virgil Yeatts and Ethel Mattie Radford Yeatts; her sister Janice Geraldine Dooley; her brother-in-law Rodney Thomas Dooley; her brothers, Shirley Robert Yeatts, John David and Paul Kenneth Yeatts; her cousin Michael Thomas Dooley; and her brother-in-law William Traver Cornette (Bill).
She is survived by: her son Patrick Eugene Stultz (Nancy Hahn Henderson Stultz); her grandchildren, Andrew Patrick Stultz, Zachary Zane Stultz, Sarah Elizabeth Stultz (Phillip Edward Stultz), Kevin Matthew Stultz and Julyanna Renee Stultz; her sister Christine Yeatts Cornette; her sister-in-law Bette Yeatts; her nieces, Patricia Ellen Cornette Clary, Rosemary Cornette Blankenship and Tiffany Yeatts; her great-nephews, John Michael Dooley, Jason Coleman, Christopher Coleman and Matthew Blankenship; and her great-niece Erin Kathleen Dooley (Danielle LaPrad).
