He is survived by: his children, Tanora and Ronell; his grandson Ronell Jr.; the mother of his children Lashawn Tillery; his siblings, Michelle Simpson of Greensboro and Kevin Simpson (Marilyn) of Charleston; and his aunt Anita Mckoy (Aunt Di) of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
