He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Giles and Eneth Webb Perdue; his brother Andre Perdue; and his sister-in-law Carol Perdue. He is survived by: his wife Denise Perdue; his son Michael T. Perdue (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Cody Perdue and Whitney Perdue; his stepson Jason Butler; his siblings, Valorie Edair Ferguson (Rick) and Kerry Perdue; and his sister-in-law Tommie Ann Perdue. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
While flowers are welcome, memorial donations may also be made to Good Samaritan Hospice.
