He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Andrew Moore and Julia Rachel Bostwick; his siblings, Kathy Zieglar, Judy Rae Monroe and Dana Keith Moore; and his son Jeremy Paul Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Via, Amanda Branch (Ryan) and Michael Moore; his grandchildren, Carley, Coty, Tyler, Darynn, Benjamin (Brie), Zoey (Anthony), Ian, Kaden and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Imogen, Miles and James; and his sisters, Diane Bumgarner and Pamela Selleck (Roger). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
