With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherman Andrew Cook of Salem, Virginia, who passed away on September 18, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha May Cook and William Sidney Cook; and his children, Patricia Elaine Cook and Michael Sherman Cook. He is survived by: his significant other Ann Cook; his children, Rhonda Cook, Sheri Henderson (Tony) and Stephen Cook; and his stepchildren, Gregory and Denise Hicks. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
