It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Rutrough Crawford of Salem, Virginia, born in Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Mitchell (Mitch) and Lewis Rutrough (Helen). She is survived by: her children, Brent Reedy (Julee), Whitney Burbage (Aaron) and Shawn Crawford (Kyra); her grandchildren, Preston Lochner, Bodhi Reedy, Maddox Burbage, Monica Burbage, Meia Burbage, Chole Crawford and Laina Crawford; her sisters, Sherry Kitts (Butch) and Diane Randall (Johnny); and her aunts, Mary Sue Reed, Phyllis Carden, Betty Shelor (Sherman) and Margie Evans. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Susan's name to Good Samaritan Hospice at 4751 Cove Rd NW in Roanoke, Va. 24017.
