She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas O. Martin; her parents, Ollie Conner and Effie Conner; and her siblings, Georgia, Irene, Neva and Lee.

She is survived by: her son Steve Martin (Timberly); her granddaughter Brittany (Kyle); her great grandchild Jack; her sister Jean Hedge (Roger); her niece Helen; and her friend Leon McDaniel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
