He is survived by: his parents, Mary Jones and Butch Jones; his children, Michelle Akers (Roger), Brandy Akers (Jason) and Crystal Mullins; his grandchildren, Ari'elle Akers, Madilynn, McKenzie, Everleigh Barber, Jenson, Jared Hall and Ceriana Mullins; his sister Amanda Schoonover; his niece Makenna Schoonover; and his close friend Jackie Downs.
