He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Flannagan; his stepmother Rebecca Flannagan; and his grandson Matthew Flannagan. He is survived by: his mother Nellie Davis; his siblings, Dennis Flannagan Jr., Bruce Flannagan, L. Diane Jackson and Lisa Kibler; his sons, David Flannagan (Jessica) and Brian Flannagan (Korie); and his grandchildren, Colton, Delaney and Hadley Flannagan. He is also survived by friends, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a local youth sports organization in Bill's honor.
