He was predeceased by: his children, Albert Lee Doane, Jr. and Andrea Gwyn Cowling; his parents, Theodore Doane and Julia Doane; and his great grandchild Cara Doane.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Doane of Saltville; his grandchildren, Aleah Propst (Matt) of Dublin, William Doane of Saltville, Danielle Doane (Seth) of Saltville and Olivia Nguyen (Steven) of Florida; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Ava, Arianna, Willow, Roland, Narvaria, Ruby, Emma and Liberty; his close friends, William Doane and Leah Boardwine; Brenda Doane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving family members and friends, including widow.
