She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Tuggle, Sr.; her son Robert "Frankie" Tuggle; her parents, Luther Franklin Ford and Virginia "Polly" Katherine Ford; her siblings, Neura Havens and Clint Ford; her grandsons, Eric Shane Holmes and Jackson Wilson; her grandson-in-law Eric Duncan; and her close friend Nancy Griffey.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Tuggle (Sissy), Patricia Davidson (Jeff) and Melissa Griffey (Carl); her siblings, Milton Ford and Mary Katherine Walton (Coy); and her sister-in-law Betty Lou Ford. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; a host of many other loving family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the D. R. Henderson Funeral Home (148 E Main St, Saltville, VA 24370). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at the Mt Pleasant Cemetery.
