He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Early and Roby Rickman; his siblings, Peggy Rolen (Eddie), Mike Rolen, George Rolen and Ray Rolen; his mother-in-law Geneva Louthen; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Haynes, Rudy Anderson and Lori Lynch.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Rickman; his children, Farrah Durlock (Jeff) and Evan Rickman (Sara); his siblings-in-law, Sue Anderson, Sue Haynes, Lisa B. Rolen, Laura Rolen, Lisa Rolen and Bryan Lynch; his stepfather-in-law Tommy Louthen; his sibling's children, Jarrod Rolen (Lacey), Jill Snodgrass (Wayne), Michael Rolen (Bethany), Jordan Rolen, Ashley Rolen, Drew Anderson (Stephanie), Brandi Atkins (Dave), Kelley Haynes and Landon Smith (Carol); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gabe, John, Riley, Tucker, Layla, Kate, Emmi, Owen and Blake.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henderson Funeral Home (148 E Main St, Saltville, VA 24370). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Christian Church.
