He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert O'quinn and Anna O'quinn; and his brother Wesley O'quinn. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony White (Kimberly Olinger) of Sugar Grove and John "JP" O'quinn of Sugar Grove; his sisters, Dorothy Buchanan of Mechanicsville and Louise Compton of Belleview; and his pet Willie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
