He was predeceased by : his parents, George S. "Penny" Haynes and Clemmie Haynes. He is survived by : his wife Tammy Haynes; his children, Angel Puckett (Erik), Michael Haynes and Jeremy Haynes (Ann); his granddaughters, Brianna, Kelsey, Ashley, Jayden, Addison and Leah; his great grandchild Ava; and his brother Thomas "Toby" Haynes (Terry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
