She is survived by: her children, Eric Marion, Sheri Yarber (William) and Teri Owens; her grandchildren, Kelsey Leuzinger (Mark), Kristen Yarber (Angel) and Hailey Spencer; her sister Carrie Hayden; her niece Amy Hayden; her great grandchildren, Clark, Theo Leuzinger, Memphis and Timber Spencer; her close friend Shirley Brown; her friend Sylvia Ratcliff; and her daughter Glade Spring. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
The family hopes her example will inspire others to consider organ, tissue, and research donation, giving the gift of hope, healing, and knowledge to others.
