With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patsy Fields Buchanan of Saltville, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Patsy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Patsy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph William "Pete" Buchanan; her parents, Leo Hughes Fields and Mary Louise Fields; and her brother Jerry Douglas Fields. She is survived by: her children, Mark Alan Buchanan (Gretchen) of Marietta Georgia and Deborah L. Buchanan of Tampa, Florida; and her grandsons, Joshua Winston Buchanan and Timothy Ray Buchanan.
