He is survived by: his wife Deanna "DeeDee" Holmes; his children, Phillip Holmes, Jr. (Katelin), Andrew Holmes (Carly) and Kelsey Griffith (Travis); his father Raymond Holmes, Jr.; his sister Sherry Saltz; his grandchildren, Emberlin Holmes, Raiden Holmes and Ashelin Holmes; his father-in-law Dan Shew; and his siblings-in-law, Ronda Caudill, Samantha Doane, Betsy Hogston, Daniel Shew and Stephen Shew. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
