He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude W. Dillow and Ollie W. Dillow; his daughter Margaret Ann Anderson; the mother of his children Dora Kathleen "Kat" Dillow; his wife Betty Sue Dillow; his children-in-law, Howard Holloway and Faye Dillow; and his pet Tipper.

He is survived by : his children, Claude Eugene "Gene" Dillow, Ralph W. Dillow "Pete", Brenda Joy Holloway, Michael Dale Dillow and Amy Sue Taylor (David). He is also survived by several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
