He is survived by: his wife Doris Ann Hayden; his daughters, Melissa Hayden Parks and Barbara Worley (Marc); his siblings, Thomas Hayden, Charles Hayden (Nancy) and Darcus Harris; his grandchildren, Kimberly Adams (Terry), Hope Tate (Mark), Charity Parks, Emily Worley, John Worley (Hannah) and Braxton Worley; his great grandchildren, Joseph Atwell (Brooklyn), Madison Atwell, Sara Tate and Micah Tate; his great great grandchildren, Maverick Atwell and Mia Atwell; and his close friends, Bro. Tommy and Sis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
