He is survived by: his wife Susan Dean Prater; his son Joshua Prater (Kayla); his stepdaughter Jessica Prater; his siblings, Jim Prater (Armanda), Mike Prater and Margaret Woodward; his grandchildren, Zavier Terry, Sidney Prater, Jake Prater, Chloe Prater and Lily Prater; his niece Tracy McGuire; and his close friends, Larry and Debbie Ledbetter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
