He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Tolbert and Ruby Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne Tolbert (Hurley); and his children, DeeDee Tolbert Kitts (Mark) of Holly Springs, NC and Keith Tolbert (Christina) of Julian, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
