She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Milby Harper and Downing Cox Harper; and her husband Millard Conway Carlton of Gloucester. She is survived by: her friends, Diane and Betty Jean; her daughter Amy Carlton Lenderman; her son-in-law Joseph Lenderman; her grandson William Carlton Lenderman; her nephew Timothy Milby; and her niece Amanda Adams Kellum. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
