We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2025, at the age of 78, Ann Marvine Hook of Sandston, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Hook; her children, Barry Lashway, Jr. (Patricia) and Lisa Martin (Burt); her former husband Barry Lashway, Sr. (Annette); her stepdaughter Tina Avery; her sister Katherine Abell (Gary); and her close friend Debbie Ferguson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
