She was predeceased by: her children, Brenda Sue Hammill and Jimmy Hammill; her brothers, Sterling and Warren Giannotti; and her husbands, Phil Hammill, Richard Machalski and Waverly Elam.
She is survived by: her sons, Al Hammill (Scatcey) and Reese Hammill (Renee); and her sister Polly Slone.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Washington Memorial Park (6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston, VA 23150).
