She is survived by: her daughter Debra "Debbie" Hicks Schulze; her granddaughter Michaela Marie Ghassemi (Cameron Mathew Ghassemi); and her great grandchild Walter Stuart Ghassemi.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (4650 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Fort Lee Baptist Church (2727 Charles City Rd, Richmond, VA 23231).
