She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Watts and Janice Seay; and her children, Roy Riggs III and Carol Riggs. She is survived by: her husband Roy Riggs; her children, Shawn Riggs (Sandy), Jamie Riggs, Amanda Riggs (Bri) and Dana Riggs (Matt Massey); her grandchildren, Scott Riggs, Kelsey Alvis, Haley Riggs, Mason Riggs and Ambri Riggs; her great grandchild Kazelynn Alvis; and her brothers, Woody Watts, Robert Watts and Billy Watts.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (4650 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverview Cemetery (1401 S Randolph St, Richmond, VA 23220).
