Pulliam of Sandston, VA; his mother Eleanor Pulliam Biggers of Chase City, VA; his godson Steven R. Pulliam, Jr. of Winston Salem, NC; his grandchildren, Malik A. Wright of Sandston, VA, Jordan P. Wright of Sandston, VA and Londyn A. Wright of Sandston, VA; his aunt Joyce Doggett of Chase City, VA; his uncle Robert Tucker of Baltimore, MD; his great-grandaunt Mary Ann Pulliam of Baskerville, VA; and his sister-in-law Olivia A. Winkler (Steve) of Skipwith, VA. He is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.

Viewing was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (2246 Rehoboth Rd, Victoria, VA 23974). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
