He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie Lane Ramey and Gordon Ramey; and his siblings, Allen, Elaine, Elizabeth and Norma.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Michael (Lauren) of St. Louis, Jeffrey of Richmond and Sarah of New York City; his sisters-in-law, Ruth Gandel (Bill) and Janet McPherson; and his pet Brody. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sandston Baptist Church (100 W Williamsburg Rd, Sandston, VA 23150). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Providence United Methodist Church (4001 New Kent Hwy, Quinton, VA 23141).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made in Bob's name to Sandston Baptist Church, 100 W Williamsburg Rd, Sandston, VA 23150, or the St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
