She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Henry Osbourne and Irene Sorensen Osbourne; her husband Dr. John Thomas Mullins; her brother Richard Gorn Osbourne (Mary Frances); and her brothers-in-law, Richard Graves and Arthur "Buddy" Lauterbach, Jr..
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stephanie Lane Mullins and Robert Wayne Kipping (Beth Scheetz) of Minneapolis, MN; her children, Dr. Jennifer Murray Mullins, John Thomas Mullins, III (Latty Mullins), Hilary Mullins Green (Preston Tabb Green), Hadleigh Elizabeth Green and Captain Ansley Starr Green; and her sisters, Joey Ann Osbourne Graves and Irene "Sis" Osbourne Lauterbach. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Washington Memorial Park (6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston, VA 23150).
