He is survived by: his wife Carol Carter; his daughters, Joy Johnson (Dinky) and Melissa Eberhard (Butch); his grandchildren, Chris Castlebury of Josh Castlebury, D. J, Chelsea Johnson, Destiny Pullman, Carlie Carter and Troy Eberhard; and his siblings, Maggie Johnson and Roy Carter. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
