He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Wright and Virgie Elizabeth Cooke Wright; and his siblings, June Tyree, Victor Wade and Jerome "Sock" Price.
He is survived by: his children, Kristen Toliver (Stanley) of Gretna, Virginia and Patrick Toliver (Lynn) of Truevine, Virginia; his close friend Gloria Richardson of Sandy Level, Virginia; his stepdaughters, Diane Toliver of Penhook, Hannah Pannell of Gretna, Machelle King of Wirtz and Jessica Toliver of Roanoke, Virginia; his sister Joyce Faye Glass of Chatham, Virginia; and his friend Wayne Brandon. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
