He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Quitman Arthur and Thelma Cassidy Arthur. He is survived by: his daughter Skylar Taylor of Sandy Level; his siblings, Al Arthur (Tami) of Sandy Level and Pam Barbour (Leslie) of Sandy Level; and his grandson Maverick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
