He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Henry and Evelyn Pulliam Lambert. He is survived by : his siblings, Gloria Jean Goode, Steve Anthony Lambert and Charles Henry Lambert. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
