He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hatcher Sr. and Annie Snead Hatcher; and his wife Deborah King Hatcher. He is survived by: his children, Floyd "Robbie" Hatcher III (Leslie) of Chatham, VA, Laura Hatcher (Thomas Newman) of South Boston and Tori Hatcher (Diontre "Fatz" Martin) of South Boston; his siblings, Rachel Snead Lewis (Mike) of Halifax, Donald Hatcher (Vadonna) of Dryburg and Gerald Hatcher of Dryburg; his grandchildren, Bradley, Alyssa, Tara, Micah, Anna and Jackson; and his great grandchild Camden. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fork Baptist Church (5208 Falkland Rd, Scottsburg, VA 24589). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
