She was predeceased by : her parents, Charley Samuel Jones and Claude Virginia Allen Jones; her husband Robert Abraham Coles; and her sons, Stanley Jones and Patrick Coles.

She is survived by : her children, Florine Coles, Carl Jones and Robert Coles. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
