She was predeceased by: her husband Charles T. Fox (Chick); her parents, Estelle Burcher and Charles Ray Burcher; her sister Kaye Robertson; and her niece Tamara Pack.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Moore (Jack), Tommy Fox (Sheree) and Jerry Fox (Julie); her grandchildren, Jason Fox, Kristina Fox Wall, Boyd Fox, Jamie Fox Desai, Zachary, Mitchell and Josh Moore; her great grandchildren, Hannah Thompson, Noah, Emma Fox, Camden, Parker Wall, Layla, Olivia and William Moore; and her sisters, Nancy Graves and Patricia Thurlow.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Zion United Methodist Church (2109 Seaford Rd, Seaford, VA 23696). A reception will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy be made in Betty's name in the form of contributions to Zion United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 240, Seaford, VA 23696.
