She is survived by: her partner Palmer Eubank, Jr. (Buddy) of Grafton, VA; her daughter Stacy Waller (John) of Seaford, VA; her grandchildren, Dylan, Samantha, Madison, Jacob, Charlotte, Daniel, Abigail and Lillian; and her siblings, Debbie Kincaid (Nick) of Seaford, VA and Chuck Newton (Tina) of Newport News, VA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
