He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelsor Moore and Nell Moore; and his siblings, Tommy Moore and Terry Jurscaga. He is survived by: his wife Jakie Moore; his sons, Judson Moore (Donna) and Jeff Moore (Michelle Hergenrother); his sisters, Sue Jones and Barbara Cockrell; his grandchildren, Mitchell Moore (Alexandra), Brett Moore (Lauren) and Kaitlyn Schakel (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Gavin Moore, Kamryn Schakel, Kennedy Schakel and Kolbie Schakel.
