He was predeceased by: his parents, Dreamer Teel and Edith Teel; and his brother Jimmy Teel. He is survived by: his wife Diane White Teel; his children, Donald L. Teel (Bubba) and DeAnna L. Causey (Dee); his son-in-law Everette R. Causey Jr. (Rette); and his grandchildren, Leighanne Whitley (Tyler Whitley), Dustin Teel, Brooke McCormick (Trevor McCormick) and Macy Causey-Terry (Keigan Terry).
