He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Jo and William J. Rowe, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ivey; his grandchildren, Riley and Dalton Banks; his siblings, Bill Rowe and Robin Mcgarry; his sister-in-law Ann Rowe; his nibling Lesley Ostrander; his great-nephew Justin Ostrander; his niece Cristi Aguirre; his nephew Jason Mcgarry; and his daughters, Alyssa and Alexandra Aguirre.
