She was predeceased by: her father Coye Lee Blinson, Jr.; and her brother Scott Blinson. She is survived by: her husband Barry Kern; her children, BJ Kern (Megan) and Kim Sweet (Brian); her grandchildren, Faith, Liam, Caden and Kayla; her mother Ruth Blinson (Rhodes); her sister Gina Stiff (Chris); and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Kern (Betty), Sybil Wheatley (Gordon) and Mary Jane Armstrong (Pat). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Seaford Baptist Church, Campus Improvement Fund in honor of Terry's faithful service and love for worship.
