She is survived by: her husband Michael Gayle; her sons, Bruce Newcomb (Christine), Michael Gayle (Elizabeth) and David Gayle (Jessica); her grandchildren, Clay, Brandy, Amanda, Tricia, Casey Newcomb, Courtney, Kimberly, Michael Gayle, Jr., Ethan and Crystal Gayle; and her siblings, Dale Oliver, Donald and Nelson Darnell, Jr..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home, West Point Chapel (417 11th St, West Point, VA 23181). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Poroporone Baptist Church (30071 The Trail, Shacklefords, VA 23156).
