He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Cunningham and Diane Cunningham; and his brother Scott Cunningham of North Carolina. He is survived by: his wife Danielle Cunningham; his children, Mallory Creech (Kevin), Billy Cunningham (Anastasia), Dale Cunningham and Kevin Cunningham (Sarah); his grandson Levi Creech; his aunts, Phyllis Lambright and Jeanette Miller; and his brother Tim Cunningham (Poroporone Baptist Church).
